ORDERS ROMANIA
All orders placed on the online shop will be shipped with Fan Courier Romania. As soon as the order has been placed, it is confirmed and processed, you will receive an automatic email containing the AWB number.
Delivery takes from 1 day to a maximum of 5 working days depending on the destination. The transport cost for Bucharest is 23 LEI, and for the other cities in Romania it is 29 LEI. Exception: localities without Fan Curier headquarters - outside kilometers will be charged with the client's consent.
We cannot be held liable for damages caused by delays in delivering orders due to external factors such as: special weather conditions, strikes or any other special situations that could prevent the courier from delivering the products on time.

Delivery of orders takes between 2-7 working days for Europe and up to 12 working days for the rest of the countries, depending on the selected delivery address. The delivery of the order will be made to the mentioned address.
As soon as the order is confirmed and processed an automatic email will be sent including the number of shipments.

The time to process orders paid online with the card may be extended if the billing address is different from the delivery address. (This additional time is used to ensure the safety and security of the card you use).
TRANSPORT COSTS
The shipping cost may vary depending on the delivery address.
For the countries in the European Union the cost is about 25 euros, and for the rest of the countries the cost can vary from 30 euros to 100 euros.
* Extra orders may be charged for online orders with delivery outside the European Union, depending on local policies and fees in your area.
RETURN POLICY
Items purchased from www.moogustore.com can be returned within a maximum of 15 days of receiving the order. In order for the return to be processed, please contact us by email or phone first and provide us with the reason for the return. We will be happy to send you the return form. All orders must be returned using the original packaging, return form, warranty and invoice / tax receipt proving the purchase. Return costs are borne by the customer. We recommend that you keep proof of return shipping.
Once an order has been shipped or delivered, it cannot be changed or modified.
