DELIVERY & RETURN

DELIVERY – ROMANIA

All orders placed on the online shop moogu.ro/moogustore.com are shipped via Fan Courier Romania. After placing, confirming, and processing the order, you will receive an automatic email containing the AWB number for tracking the package.

Processing and delivery times:

  • In-stock products: 1–3 working days.

  • Out of stock / pre-order products: 3–16 working days.

  • Custom wedding bands and engagement rings: up to 40 working days, depending on the model and complexity of the creation.

After the package is shipped, delivery generally takes 1–3 working days, depending on the destination.

Shipping costs range from 17 to 27 lei, depending on the payment and delivery method.

For locations without a Fan Courier office, external kilometers may be charged, with the customer's agreement.

MOOGU cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors such as extreme weather conditions, logistical blockages, strikes, or other situations beyond our control.


DELIVERY – INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are shipped via DHL Express.

Delivery times are:

  • Europe: 2–7 working days

  • Other countries: up to 12 working days

After confirming the order, you will receive an email with the tracking number of the package.

For orders delivered outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply, set by the local authorities in the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.


RETURN POLICY

According to OUG 34/2014 regarding consumer rights, products purchased online can be returned within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order, only in the case of standard products in stock that have not been customized.

The following categories of products cannot be returned:

  • products made to order or pre-order

  • customized products (including engravings, size modifications, or other interventions made at the customer's request)

  • wedding bands or engagement rings made specifically for the customer

  • products modified after placing the order

This exception applies according to the current legislation for products made according to the customer's specifications or clearly customized.

To initiate a return for an eligible product, the customer must contact the MOOGU team at contact@moogu.ro before sending the package.

Returned products must be:

  • in perfect condition, without signs of wear

  • in the original packaging

  • accompanied by the invoice / receipt and the warranty certificate

The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

After the shipment or delivery of an order, it can no longer be modified.
