Transport host for Bucharestetit is 23 LEI, and for the other houretis from Romania is 29 LEI. Exception: localities without Fan Curier headquarters - outside kilometers will be charged with the customer's consent.

Delivery of orders takes between 2-7 working days for Europe and up to 18 working days for the rest of the countries, depending on the selected delivery address. The delivery of the order will be made to the mentioned address, and only in case the courier does not find you, you will receive a notification in the mailbox. In this case, it is your responsibility to pick up the package from the Local Postal Office to which you belong.

For online orders with delivery outside the European Union, extra customs fees may be charged, depending on local policies and fees in your area.

Most orders are shipped the next business day after the order has been placed. As soon as the order is confirmed and processed, an automatic email will be sent including the number of shipments.

The processing time of orders paid online with the card can be extended if the billing address is different from the delivery one. (This additional time is used to ensure the safety and security of the card you use)

 

* DELIVERY / PERFORMANCE OF THE RINGS - after placing the order on the site, if you want to order them online, you must specify the sizes you want (in an email sent later on contact@moogu.ro). The wedding rings take 14 working days and a 50% advance is paid before the order starts.

 

DUTY

 

International orders outside the EU may incur extra local customs duties once they have entered the destination country.

 

 

RETURN OF PRODUCTS

 

The return policy of the products purchased from the store www.moogustore.com is in line with the provisions of the Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, as well as for amending and supplementing certain normative acts and OUG no.140 / 2021 on the sale of products and their associated guarantees.

Purchased products can only be returned in the original packaging, without being used, worn or damaged or have missing items, accompanied by the original deed of sale (invoice / tax receipt) and certificates of authenticity issued by MOOGU, in original. Any promotional product or packaging offered as a gift along with the purchased products must also be returned under the same conditions as described above, within 14 calendar days of receipt.

MOOGU will return the value of the returned goods within a maximum of 3 working days from the date of return of the products, by bank transfer. The direct costs of returning the goods (freight transport) will be borne entirely by the buyer and the return of the products will be made using the same transport service with which the products were shipped to you.

All special orders are non-refundable, according to OGU 34/2014, art. 16 letter c.

Special orders are products created and requested by the customer according to the customer's specifications, this category includes wedding rings, engagement rings, created on sizes ordered by the customer, even those not engraved.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been personalized with engravings.

This category includes, but is not limited to: jewelry created to the order of the customer, even unencumbered, decorations made with a design described and requested by the customer, any other items made to order, whether or not based on starting (in terms of shape, color, design, size, material, etc.) an item in the store, but for which the special adaptations requested by the customer were made. 

If the customer has paid the 50% advance for a special order (wedding rings, engagement rings, other jewelry) and changes his mind wanting to return the money, this is not possible.

 

If the client wants to bring gold as an advance payment, for special or personalized orders, engagement rings or wedding rings, we cannot return it but in certain circumstances.

The right to cancel the purchase does not apply to Gift Cards / Vouchers.

However, we assure you that we will do our best to resolve any issues that may arise in the course of our cooperation with you.

 

RIGHT OF RETURN INFORMATION

 

When do you have the right to return an ordered product (withdrawal from the contract)?

If a product ordered by you that does not require execution (exists in our stock at the time of ordering) proves not to comply with the specifications presented on the site or in the offer submitted following a prior dialogue, you can request the return of this product (withdrawal from the contract distance, according to Article 9 paragraph 1 of GEO No. 34/2014), without having to justify this decision, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date on which you take physical possession of the products (date of receipt of the package, certified through the documents provided by the courier company).

Necessary formalities

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to return the product (withdrawal from the contract), by writing to us at: contact@moogu.ro, in which you express your decision to return the product (s). ) ordered. We will send you an email confirming receipt of your order for the ordered product (s) without delay. 

How do you return the product (s)?

The package with the returned products will be sent by the customer to the address: Str. Brezoianu, no. 4, floor 2, ap 4, sector 5, Bucharest, no. 0724543778.

Refund of amounts paid:

We will refund all amounts received as payment from you within 3 business days of returning the products. Refunds will be made in accordance with the above deadlines, but not earlier than the receipt of the product (s) that were the subject of the sale and, respectively, the request for withdrawal (return).

Non-refundable costs:

The direct expenses occasioned by the return of the goods (freight transport and money return commissions) will be fully borne by the buyer.

 

RETURN INFORMATION ON WARRANTY

 

We undertake to deliver to you products that are in accordance with your requirements and the tax documents issued to you. If after receiving the ordered product (s) you find a non-conformity, as it is defined in OUG no. 140 / 2021 regarding the sale of the products and the associated guarantees, or you find that the products require size adjustments, you can return the ordered product (s) for repair. 


All products have a warranty, this refers to defects in workmanship or production. If such a defect is found, the product will be repaired or replaced with another, and if it is not in stock the buyer has the right to either choose another product in stock or will be refunded the value of the product in question. All special orders are non-refundable, according to OGU 34/2014, art. 16 letter c.

This warranty does not cover damage to the jewelry due to non-compliance with the instructions for use, accidents, carelessness, negligence, general misuse or other factors unrelated to defects in material or workmanship. According to law OUG no. 140 / 2021 the buyer cannot request the replacement of the jewelry due to the falling stones.

Any repair on the products within the warranty period will be carried out free of charge or will be replaced under the conditions of the revised Government Ordinance no. 21/1992, if it is confirmed that a defect in material or workmanship was the cause of such damage, rather than the improper use of the jewelry by the buyer.

The remedy will be made within 5-15 days from the date of finding the deficiency.

During the warranty period, as well as outside it, we do not assume liability for problems that may occur due to mechanical factors, non-compliance with the instructions regarding the use and care of jewelry, specified in the Instructions for use of jewelry or repairs performed in other than the place where the product was purchased.

Failure to notify moogustore.ro, by written means of the deficiencies / non-conformities of the products purchased within 3 months from the date of their purchase, leads to the loss of the warranty.

Shipping costs related to the return of products during the warranty period in order to fix problems that are due exclusively to us, through repair or replacement, will be borne by us.

Return information for size and other adjustments for reasons beyond our control:

If, due to an error, you have sent us inappropriate measures for the item made to order and upon receipt of the product, you find that it does not fit the actual measure (eg rings, earrings, etc.) we undertake to bring the product to the actual size in all cases where this is technically possible. 

The costs for size changes and other additions that are not due to us, are borne by the customer.

The warranty, in terms of wedding rings and engagement rings, includes a single size adjustment for each wedding ring / ring at no additional cost to the customer.

Also, if you want certain adjustments that are technically possible after receiving the product, we'll try to make the necessary changes.

In the above situations, the shipping costs related to the return of some products for size adjustment and other adjustments for reasons not due to us, will be borne by the customer.

 

PRICE POLICY

 

Prices do not include delivery costs. LEI-EURO / GBP exchange rates are calculated at the current exchange rate of the NBR.

The price of Moogu products is not calculated per gram of metal (gold, silver). The weight of the products displayed on the site is indicative, it may undergo changes with a deviation from 0.10 grams to 1.5 grams (in the case of wedding rings especially or special orders).

 

PRIVACY POLICY

 

Moogu Design SRL, the legal owner of www.moogustore.com, is registered in the Register of personal data processing under number 30880. MOOGUSTORE.com keeps and uses your personal data strictly in order to provide you with our services, to provide you with support for your orders, to let you know about changes in our services and any new services we or our partners offer. 

You are not required to provide us with your information, but if you wish to place a successful order on www.moogustore.com, additional information about you is required.

In terms of payment security, we use the MOBILPAY platform, known for its security solutions for card payments. This payment is made on a page redirected and provided by MOBIL PAY. Filling in your data is secure, so MOOGU DESIGN SRL does not have access to your bank account details.

 

SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA

 

Your personal data will be used by MOOGU DESIGN SRL to confirm orders, inform by e-mail, mail or other means of communication about subsequent actions. Personal data may be transmitted to law enforcement authorities for the purpose of verifying commercial transactions or to other law enforcement authorities for the purpose of carrying out any verification justified by law. The data provided by customers is strictly confidential. MOOGU DESIGN SRL undertakes in front of its clients not to provide this data to third parties or companies. MOOGU undertakes to respect your rights conferred by Law 677/2001 and to stop processing your personal data if their use is not in accordance with Law no. 677/2001. Bank card data information (card number, expiration date, etc.) will not be transferred or stored on our servers.

We have not sold and will never sell your data to third parties. We offer services that are based on customer trust, and the security of personal data is essential in this process.

Our goal, in terms of social media, is educational, and the new rules on the protection of personal data (GDPR) are part of this context.
