DELIVERY & RETURN OF ORDERS ORDERS ROMANIA All orders placed on the online shop will be shipped with Fan Courier Romania. As soon as the order has been placed, confirmed, and processed, you will receive an automatic email containing the AWB number. Delivery takes from 1 day to a maximum of 5 working days depending on the destination. The shipping cost varies between 17 LEI and 27 LEI, depending on the payment method, delivery/pickup of the package. Exception: locations without a Fan Courier office - external kilometers will be charged with the customer's agreement. We cannot be held responsible for damages caused by delays in the delivery of orders caused by external factors such as: exceptional weather conditions, strikes, or any other special situations that may prevent the courier from delivering the products on time. Delivery of orders takes between 2-7 working days for Europe and up to 12 working days for the rest of the countries, depending on the selected delivery address. The order will be delivered to the mentioned address. As soon as the order is confirmed and processed, an automatic email will be sent including the shipment number. All international orders can be tracked online by entering the shipment number on the link below: http://www.dhl.com/en/express/tracking.html The processing time for orders paid online with a card may be extended if the billing address is different from the delivery address. (this additional time is used to ensure the safety and security of the card used by you). SHIPPING COSTS The shipping cost may vary depending on the delivery address. For countries in the European Union, the cost is approximately 40 euros, while for the rest of the countries, the cost may vary from 50 euros to 100 euros. * For online orders with delivery outside the European Union, extra customs fees may apply, depending on the policies and local taxes of your region. RETURN POLICY Items purchased from www.moogustore.com can be returned within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the order. In order for the return to be processed, please first contact us by email or phone and provide us with the reason for the return. We will gladly send you the return form. All orders must be returned using the original packaging, the return form, the warranty, and the invoice/receipt proving the purchase. Return costs are borne by the customer. We recommend keeping proof of return shipment.
