All diamonds used in M jewelryOOGU are carefully selectedquality, certified and brought from Antwerp. Diamonds larger than 0,20 ct (4 mm) are accompanied by a GIA certificate, HRD or IGI, depending on the customer's preference.
The model can be ordered in all the colors gold: white, yellow, or rose, made of 18K gold or platinum.
Engagement rings are made to order and require a 50% advance payment. Custom-made rings cannot be returned.
Free resizing: Enjoy a free resizing within 1 month from the date of purchase of the ring. After this period, resizing will be done for a fee (450 lei). The free resizing applies to a maximum of two sizes; for changes that exceed this limit, the ring must be remade, and the cost of remaking will be charged additionally. Additionally, resizing is only possible for models that allow this type of intervention, depending on the design and structure of the ring.
Warranty:Â 2 years
The jewelry is produced in Romania and is handcrafted with love and attention in the MOOGU® studio. Because they are handmade, there may be differences in shape, size, or color between the presented product and the finished product ordered.
The model can be ordered in all gold variants: white, yellow, or rose. We can create custom engagement rings.

ORDERS ROMANIA
All orders placed on the online shop will be shipped with Fan Courier Romania. As soon as the order has been placed, confirmed, and processed, you will receive an automatic email containing the AWB number.
Delivery takes from 1 day up to a maximum of 5 working days depending on the destination. The shipping cost for Bucharest is 23 LEI, while for other cities in Romania it is 29 LEI. Exception: locations without a Fan Courier office - external kilometers will be charged with the customer's agreement.
We cannot be held responsible for damages caused by delays in the delivery of orders due to external factors such as: exceptional weather conditions, strikes, or any other special situations that may prevent the courier from delivering the products on time.

Delivery of orders takes between 2-7 working days for Europe and up to 12 working days for the rest of the countries, depending on the selected delivery address. The order will be delivered to the mentioned address.
As soon as the order is confirmed and processed, an automatic email will be sent including the shipment number.

The processing time for orders paid online with a card may be extended if the billing address is different from the delivery address. (this additional time is used to ensure the safety and security of the card used by you).

For countries within the European Union, the cost is approximately 25 euros, while for the rest of the countries, the cost may vary from 30 euros to 100 euros.

RETURN POLICY
Items purchased from www.moogustore.com can be returned within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the order. In order for the return to be processed, please first contact us via email or phone and provide us with the reason for the return. We will gladly send you the return form. All orders must be returned using the original packaging, the return form, the warranty, and the invoice / receipt as proof of purchase. Return costs are borne by the customer. We recommend that you keep the proof of return shipment.
Once an order has been shipped or delivered, it cannot be changed or modified.
* All changes to your order must be requested via email at contact@moogu.ro before the order is shipped in order to be processed.
