The story of the Lady Divine “Unforgettable” necklace is an endless tale that continues to be written and becomes increasingly captivating with the memories that each woman entrusts to keep alive and filled with emotion. Under the lid of the personalized box, protected by fine velvet, the carefully chosen natural pearls accompany the ruby set in a gold oval, an exclusive creation by designer Andreea Mogosanu. The closure system of the necklace, like all the other elements that make it up, is also made of gold.
The design is simple, with a delicate closure to secure the necklace, ensuring both comfort and elegance. Perfect for formal occasions, weddings, or as an everyday accessory that complements any outfit, this pearl necklace is a symbol of grace and style.
The jewelry is produced in Romania and is handcrafted with love and care in the MOOGU® studio. Because they are handmade, there may be differences in shape, size, or color between the presented product and the finished product ordered.

ORDERS ROMANIA
All orders placed on the online shop will be shipped with Fan Courier Romania. As soon as the order has been placed, confirmed, and processed, you will receive an automatic email containing the AWB number.
Delivery takes from 1 day to a maximum of 5 working days depending on the destination. The shipping cost for Bucharest is 23 LEI, and for other cities in Romania, it is 29 LEI. Exception: localities without a Fan Courier office - external kilometers will be charged with the client's agreement.
We cannot be held responsible for damages caused by delays in the delivery of orders due to external factors such as: exceptional weather conditions, strikes, or any other special situations that may prevent the courier from delivering the products on time.

Delivery of orders takes between 2-7 working days for Europe and up to 12 working days for the rest of the countries, depending on the selected delivery address. The order will be delivered to the specified address.
As soon as the order is confirmed and processed, an automatic email will be sent including the tracking number.

The processing time for online orders paid by card may be extended if the billing address is different from the delivery address. (this additional time is used to ensure the safety and security of the card used by you).

For countries within the European Union, the cost is approximately 25 euros, while for the rest of the countries, the cost can vary from 30 euros to 100 euros.

RETURN POLICY
Items purchased from www.moogustore.com can be returned within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the order. To process the return, please first contact us via email or phone and provide us with the reason for the return. We will gladly send you the return form. All orders must be returned using the original packaging, the return form, the warranty, and the invoice / receipt proving the purchase. Return costs are borne by the customer. We recommend that you keep the proof of return shipment.
Once an order has been shipped or delivered, it cannot be changed or modified.
